Blue Peaks Roofing has completed many roofing projects in Parker, from full replacements after hail to repairs on newer homes. We work throughout the 80134 and 80138 zip codes, inside the Town of Parker and in the unincorporated Douglas County neighborhoods around it.
Every project starts with a free inspection and a straight answer about whether your roof needs a repair, a replacement or nothing at all.
Most Parker roofs we see are asphalt shingle roofs on homes built in the last few decades. Here is how we help.
Full tear-off and replacement with a written scope, a permit and a final inspection.
Leaks, wind damage, missing shingles, flashing and vent problems. We tell you when a repair is the smarter call.
A documented inspection with photos so you know what the storm actually did to your roof.
Class 4 rated shingles from Atlas and other manufacturers we install, for homeowners who want more hail protection.
Gutter replacement, often scheduled with the roof so the edges are done right.
Window and siding work that can be coordinated with your roofing project.

Hail is a regular part of spring and summer weather along the Front Range, and Parker is no exception. A storm can bruise shingles, knock off granules and dent vents and gutters without leaving obvious damage you can see from the yard.
Wind and strong high-altitude sun wear roofs down too. Lifted shingle tabs, cracked sealant and dried-out flashing around vents are common findings during our inspections.
If a storm has come through, a free inspection gives you documented facts before you decide anything. Read more in how to tell if your roof has hail damage.
We pull the reroof permit unless your contract says otherwise. Which office issues it depends on where your home sits.
The Town of Parker Building Division issues roofing permits for addresses within town limits, and applications are submitted online. Per parkerco.gov, some minor repairs do not need a permit, and partial replacements have specific rules. We check the current requirements for your roof.
According to the Town of Parker (parkerco.gov), roof permits need a final inspection, and some roof types, such as tile, stone-coated steel and low-slope roofs, also need a mid-roof inspection. Inspection scheduling depends on the Town's workload, especially after a big hail season, so it can affect your timeline.
Many homes with a Parker mailing address are outside town limits. Those permits go through the Douglas County Building Division, which offers online permitting and an address lookup to confirm the right jurisdiction (douglasco.gov). The County also has its own roofing material rules, including fire-rating requirements in wildfire-mapped areas, so we confirm what applies to your address.
Rules change as codes are updated, so we confirm the current requirements with the town or county when we pull your permit. For more background, see roofing permits: city vs. county in Colorado.
Many neighborhoods in and around Parker have HOAs with architectural review for roof color, material or style. Approval usually has to come before work starts.
We can provide the product details and color information your HOA asks for so you can submit your request. If you serve on a board or manage a community, see our HOA and multi-family roofing page.
Yes, a full roof replacement needs a permit. Per the Town of Parker (parkerco.gov), some minor repairs do not. We pull the reroof permit unless your contract says otherwise.
A Parker mailing address does not always mean town limits. Douglas County has an online address lookup (douglasco.gov) that shows which jurisdiction you are in, and we confirm it before we apply for the permit.
Overlays are generally not allowed inside the Town of Parker (see parkerco.gov), so plan on a full tear-off. We confirm the current rule when we pull your permit.
Nothing. We inspect, document what we find and explain your options. There is no obligation.
Yes. We install Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, including Atlas, TAMKO and GAF products. See our impact-resistant shingles page.

Picking a roofing company is hard. Many will promise incentives to use them. One even tried to bring me a case of palisade peaches haha. Benny Izquierdo of Blue Peaks Roofing LLC is the real deal! He made time to meet with our insurance adjuster & was instrumental in getting the needed monies for the hail damage we had suffered. His crew is fast & efficient and do quality work at every turn. Even going the extra mile for above industry standards on the Ice & Water shielding underlay, Class 4 shingles and such I won’t lie, getting a roof and dealing with roofing company sales pitches is stressful. And no two stories are the same. Each has their own version of the damage and what will probably need to be done as extras, such as replacing boards. You’ll be informed in great detail of the overall plan. Many pages of it haha. But no matter any issues that can even only be discovered during the install, Benny & Blue Peaks will keep on it. Do yourself a favour and at least speak with him first before signing up another companyPosted on Google![]()

Outstanding! Above and beyond my expectations. I was so tired of roofers 'ghosting' me and being late and calling me back.
