Blue Peaks Roofing has completed many roofing projects across Denver, from shingle replacements after hail to concrete tile roofs and repairs on older homes.
Every project starts with a free inspection and a straight answer about whether your roof needs a repair, a replacement or nothing at all. If you go ahead, a dedicated project manager looks after your roof, with daily updates, through the final walkthrough.
Every job has a dedicated project manager who is your point of contact and sends you a prep email before build day.
Your project manager keeps you updated every day of your build, and we keep daily photo logs of the work.
At completion we clean up and sweep the yard and driveway with a magnet.
We walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
Residential roofs carry our 5-year workmanship warranty, with the terms in your contract.
Here is how we help homeowners across Denver.
Full tear-off and replacement with a written scope, a permit and the required inspections.
Leaks, wind damage, missing shingles, flashing and vent problems. We tell you when a repair is the smarter call.
A documented inspection with photos so you know what the storm actually did to your roof.
Class 4 rated shingles, led by Atlas and also TAMKO, for homeowners who want more hail protection.
Westlake Royal stone-coated steel for homeowners who want a steel roof with a traditional look.
Gutter replacement, often scheduled with the roof so the edges are done right.
A few roofs we have worked on in Denver, including Atlas shingles and concrete tile.

Hail is a regular part of spring and summer weather in Denver. A storm can bruise shingles, knock off granules, crack tile and dent vents and gutters without leaving damage you can see from the street.
Wind and strong high-altitude sun also wear on roofs over time. Lifted shingles, worn vent boots and tired flashing are common findings during our inspections, especially on older homes.
If a storm has come through, a free inspection gives you documented facts before you decide anything. Read more in how to tell if your roof has hail damage.
We pull the reroof permit with the City and County of Denver unless your contract says otherwise.
Per denvergov.org, Denver requires a roofing permit for reroofs and for larger roof repairs, and new roof penetrations need a permit.
Denver requires partial reroofs to end at a natural edge of the roof rather than partway across a slope (denvergov.org). We plan repair and replacement scopes with that in mind.
Denver roofing permits require a final inspection, and some roof types, including tile and metal, also need a mid-roof inspection (denvergov.org). We schedule these and plan the job around them.
Homes in a Denver historic district or designated as a landmark may need Landmark Preservation review before roofing work (denvergov.org). We check this for your address early.
Rules change as codes are updated, so we confirm the current requirements with the City when we pull your permit. For more background, see roofing permits: city vs. county in Colorado.
We also work in Aurora, Centennial, Littleton and Parker, and in the mountain and foothills communities west of Denver.
Yes. Per denvergov.org, Denver requires a permit for reroofs. We pull the reroof permit unless your contract says otherwise.
Larger repairs and any new roof penetration need a permit (denvergov.org). We tell you whether your repair needs one before work starts.
It can. Landmark Preservation review may be needed before roofing work (denvergov.org). We check this early so it does not hold up your schedule.
Nothing. We inspect, document what we find and explain your options. There is no obligation.
We usually start with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles from Atlas, and we also install TAMKO and GAF products. See our impact-resistant shingles page.

I had piece of mind getting a free estimate on a damaged roof. After hearing about the 50 warranty on the metal roof I was sold. No more damaged roofs for this guy. Please do what I did and get these guys working on your roof asap.Posted on Google![]()

Andrew and his team are very personable, explained all of our options, and even protected the cars on our property while they were working. Highly recommnend Blue Peaks!Posted on Google![]()

Picking a roofing company is hard. Many will promise incentives to use them. One even tried to bring me a case of palisade peaches haha. Benny Izquierdo of Blue Peaks Roofing LLC is the real deal! He made time to meet with our insurance adjuster & was instrumental in getting the needed monies for the hail damage we had suffered. His crew is fast & efficient and do quality work at every turn. Even going the extra mile for above industry standards on the Ice & Water shielding underlay, Class 4 shingles and such I won’t lie, getting a roof and dealing with roofing company sales pitches is stressful. And no two stories are the same. Each has their own version of the damage and what will probably need to be done as extras, such as replacing boards. You’ll be informed in great detail of the overall plan. Many pages of it haha. But no matter any issues that can even only be discovered during the install, Benny & Blue Peaks will keep on it. Do yourself a favour and at least speak with him first before signing up another companyPosted on Google![]()

Outstanding! Above and beyond my expectations. I was so tired of roofers 'ghosting' me and being late and calling me back. One call to Blue Peaks and my problem was a memory Thanks so much!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
