Most homes take one to three days on the roof. Your project manager gives you the schedule before work starts.
We pull the reroof permit for your project unless your contract says otherwise.

Phase 1

Tear-off, deck check, underlayment, flashing and your new roof, installed to the manufacturer's instructions. Your project manager keeps you updated every day.
Phase 3
A magnetic nail sweep at completion, the required inspections, a final walkthrough, warranty registration and a completion certificate submitted to the manufacturer.
Phase 4
Missing or creased shingles, granules in the gutters, a stain on a ceiling, dents on vents and gutters after hail, or a roof that is simply getting older. If you notice any of these, a free inspection gives you a straight answer.
We install Atlas, TAMKO and GAF shingles, plus standing seam metal, stone-coated steel and concrete tile. We quote options side by side so you can choose with the numbers in front of you.
Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, led by Atlas and also TAMKO and GAF. We quote them side by side with standard shingles so you can see the difference.
Steel panels with a stone granule finish, from Westlake Royal. We can share the manufacturer's data sheet when we go over your options.
Concealed-fastener metal panels that shed snow well. We install standing seam, snap-lock and mechanical seam profiles.
A system includes the deck, underlayment, ice/water shield, flashing, ventilation, and the shingles themselves. All components must work together for warranty validity.
We meet your adjuster on site and help with your claim, within the limits Colorado law sets for roofing contractors.
